Slim Wall TCG FAQs

How much does the Slim Wall TCG cost and what is included?

The Slim Wall TCG is $3,550: the best-selling Slim Wall chassis with 22mm coils for card packs. Included: Nayax VPOS Touch reader, Wi-Fi receiver and antenna, VTM Software free for 12 months, onboarding, a 1-year warranty, and a 30-day return window. Top-loader cases are sold separately; card-themed wraps are optional from $215.

How much money can it make?

Well-placed machines commonly run $1,000 to $1,500+ per month, and top locations run well beyond that; treat those as top-tier results rather than the baseline. The best performing placements are family entertainment centers, arcades, grocery stores, bowling alleys, and convenience stores. Margins run 40 to 50%. Price with the formula: pack cost x 1.2 + $5, rounded up ($10 pack vends at $17). Payback is roughly 3 to 6 months at baseline volume.

How many packs does it hold?

160 booster packs across 10 aisles (16 per aisle) on 22mm coils, each pack in an acrylic top-loader case. The 32" touchscreen shows off pack art and runs promos, and you manage pricing and stock from your phone.

Do I need the top-loader cases?

Yes. Loose packs are too thin and flexible to feed through a coil reliably; the rigid acrylic case vends cleanly and protects condition, so packs land mint. Cases are sized to the 22mm coil pitch and sold separately, and customers keep them as pack protection.

Where do I buy packs to stock it?

Our wholesale store, vendingwholesale.com, carries machine-ready sealed English boosters at operator pricing across current and evergreen sets, shipped from Cleveland. No lock-in: any authentic booster pack vends fine.

Can I vend booster boxes or Elite Trainer Boxes?

No; both are too large for coil vending. Pokemon mini tins vend from 50mm coils for a bigger-ticket slot, and premium mystery packs or high-value singles in a loader fit without re-coiling. Single packs at $15 to $21 remain the best margin per dollar of inventory.

What should I stock first?

Lead with the newest release; launch-window demand is when machines sell out weekly. A good starting split on 10 aisles: half on the current hot set, the rest across two or three older sets at tiered prices, with a cheaper pack as the entry point for kids and impulse buys.

Is card vending age restricted or licensed?

No. Trading cards are unregulated and not age gated. Keep the machine free of Pokemon logos and "official" language; use generic card-themed branding, available as wraps from $215.

What are the ongoing monthly fees?

Nayax: $9.99 per month for cellular connectivity plus 3.5% + $0.20 per transaction. VTM Software: $29 per month starting month 13, first year free. Note: machines ordered September 1, 2026 or later include the first 3 months free, then $29 per month starting month 4; order by August 31 to lock in 12 free months. No revenue share.

What payments does it accept?

Everything a traditional POS would accept: magstripe, tap to pay, EMV chip insert, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards, through the built-in Nayax VPOS Touch reader.

How do I receive my money?

Sales deposit directly to your bank account on a weekly cycle. Nayax processes every sale and deposits your net revenue, sales minus card fees, into the account you connect during onboarding; deposits land Friday mornings and cover the prior Friday through Thursday week. You track every sale in real time in the VTM dashboard, and VTM never touches your money.

What happens if a product jams or does not drop?

Nothing gets charged. Every machine has an electronic infrared drop sensor: if a payment is approved but no product is detected dropping into the pickup door, the transaction is cancelled automatically. If a customer receives a defective product, that refund is handled by you as the operator, right in the Nayax mobile app MOMA.

What is the warranty and return policy?

A 1-year comprehensive warranty covering parts, electronics, software, and the card reader. Returns: 30 days, unused, 10% restocking fee, return freight at your cost.
