Product-Specific Coil Sizing
Breeze, Fifty Bar 20K & Skinny Vapes
- Use 35mm coils if the product is in its box.
- Use 35mm coils + Pouch Lifters for ZYN, ALP, Joey, and all nicotine pouches.
Geek Bar Pulse 15K & Raz TN9000
- Use 35mm or 45mm coils when the vape is out of the box.
- Use 55mm coils when the vape is in the box.
Geek Bar Pulse 25K & Raz DC25000
- Use 45mm coils when the vape is out of the box.
- Use 55mm coils when the vape is in its box.
Coil Positioning Tips
Adjust coils so the coil end sits around the 5–6 o'clock position to prevent products from sliding out prematurely. For bigger boxed products this is less critical.
The coil can technically be set to any position, just be sure to test your motors to confirm full 360° revolutions after any adjustment.
Depending on your configuration, you may not be able to fit the final product in each row.
