Slim Wall FAQs
How much does the Slim Wall cost and what is included?
The Slim Wall is $3,550 and ships fully assembled from Cleveland, OH. Included: the Nayax VPOS Touch card reader, pre-installed coils matched to your configuration, Wi-Fi receiver and antenna, VTM Software free for the first 3 months, full onboarding, a 1-year warranty, and a 30-day return window. The wall bracket comes pre-installed.
How much money can a Slim Wall make?
Operators average $12 to $14 net profit per unit sold, and well-placed machines generate $1,000 or more per month, paying for themselves in 4 to 7 months. Vapes and nicotine pouches carry 200 to 300% markup versus 25 to 35% in snack vending. The single biggest success factor is placement: high foot traffic in a 21+ venue.
Why is the Slim Wall the most popular machine?
It is our best-selling machine and the default pick for first-time operators because it features a 32" touchscreen and a small footprint at an affordable price.
What can it vend and how much does it hold?
It can vend up to 10 different products, such as disposable vapes and nicotine pouches, and capacity depends on your coil configuration.
Where do I buy wholesale product to stock it?
We can connect you to a wholesale supplier. Call 888-373-8158 and the team will route you to vetted suppliers for vapes, nicotine pouches like ZYN, or anything else you plan to stock. You are never required to buy through anyone specific; if you have a better local source, use it.
What are the ongoing monthly fees?
Two line items. Nayax card reader: $9.99 per month for cellular connectivity plus 3.5% + $0.20 per transaction. VTM Software: $29 per month starting month 4; the first 3 months are free. No revenue share, ever. The optional cellular modem adds about $20 per month if the venue has no Wi-Fi.
How does age verification work?
The optional ID Scanner ($325) snaps onto the modular plate and reads a government-issued ID in about two seconds: no valid ID over the age threshold, no vend. Age rules are per product, and time-gating can restrict age-gated aisles to certain hours. Limits are adjustable per machine, per aisle, and even by day and time.
What payments does it accept?
Everything a traditional POS would accept: magstripe, tap to pay, EMV chip insert, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards, through the built-in Nayax VPOS Touch reader.
How do I receive my money?
Sales deposit directly to your bank account on a weekly cycle. Nayax processes every sale and deposits your net revenue, sales minus card fees, into the account you connect during onboarding; deposits land Friday mornings and cover the prior Friday through Thursday week. You track every sale in real time in the VTM dashboard, and VTM never touches your money.
What does the venue need for power and internet?
One standard 110V outlet (about 50W draw) and a connection: built-in Wi-Fi, an Ethernet port, or the VTM Wireless Device ($220, about $20 per month) when the venue has neither.
How is the Slim Wall installed?
It arrives fully assembled (121 lbs). The bracket is pre-installed on the back; anchor into studs or masonry and hang it like a very heavy TV, two people recommended. A step-by-step installation guide with video is in our support channel. Anchor hardware is not included: hardware kits are available for purchase, or any hardware store has what you need. Venues that will not allow drilling can use the Universal Pedestal Stand (from $450) instead.
Slim Wall or Mega Wall 2.0?
Same width and 32" screen; the Mega Wall 2.0 ($4,250) is deeper, giving 15 SKUs versus 10, and adds LED product lighting and a keyless electronic lock. Rule of thumb: proving out a new location, start with the Slim Wall; a proven high-traffic spot you would otherwise restock twice a week justifies the Mega.
What happens if a product jams or does not drop?
Nothing gets charged. Every machine has an electronic infrared drop sensor: if a payment is approved but no product is detected dropping into the pickup door, the transaction is cancelled automatically. If a customer receives a defective product, that refund is handled by you as the operator, right in the Nayax mobile app MOMA.
What is the warranty and return policy?
A 1-year comprehensive warranty covers parts, electronics, software, and the card reader, up to full machine replacement if needed. Returns: 30 days, unused and in original condition, 10% restocking fee, return freight at your cost.
The Slim Wall arrives fully assembled with a 10-aisle capacity, configured as 5 trays with 2 aisles per tray. Each aisle is vend-ready and equipped with a dedicated motor and coil. Trays slide out for easy restocking, and the machine comes standard with a Nayax card reader and wall-mounting bracket.
