Mega Wall 2.0 FAQs
How much does the Mega Wall 2.0 cost and what is included?
The Mega Wall 2.0 is $4,250, shipped fully assembled from Cleveland, OH with the Nayax VPOS Touch reader, pre-installed coils matched to your configuration, Wi-Fi receiver and antenna, VTM Software free for 12 months, onboarding, a 1-year warranty, and a 30-day return window.
What makes it different from the Slim Wall?
Three upgrades. Capacity: it is deeper (14" vs 10.2"), giving 15 SKUs, 50% more than the Slim Wall's 10. Lighting: LED product lighting that makes the display pop in a dim bar. Access: a keyless electronic lock you open with a passcode or your phone, no physical key to carry or lose.
How much does it hold?
Fifteen aisles across three rows. Capacity is 105 units on the standard 50mm coil configuration, and more with smaller coils (35mm for tins and slim vapes). Each aisle runs its own coil size, product, price, and age rule.
How much money can it make?
The same per-unit economics as the rest of the lineup: $12 to $14 net profit per unit, $1,000 or more per month at strong venues, 200 to 300% markup, 4 to 7 month payback. The extra SKUs earn their keep at proven high-traffic locations where a 10-aisle machine would need restocking twice a week.
Where do I buy wholesale product to stock it?
We can connect you to a wholesale supplier. Call 888-373-8158 and the team will route you to vetted suppliers for vapes, nicotine pouches like ZYN, or anything else you plan to stock. You are never required to buy through anyone specific; if you have a better local source, use it.
What are the ongoing monthly fees?
Nayax: $9.99 per month for cellular connectivity plus 3.5% + $0.20 per transaction. VTM Software: $29 per month starting month 4, first year free. No revenue share. Optional cellular modem: about $20 per month.
How does age verification work?
The optional ID Scanner ($325) mounts to the modular plate and verifies a government-issued ID in about two seconds; no valid ID, no vend. Per-product age rules and time-gating are built into the software. Limits are adjustable per machine, per aisle, and even by day and time.
What payments does it accept?
Everything a traditional POS would accept: magstripe, tap to pay, EMV chip insert, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards, through the built-in Nayax VPOS Touch reader.
How do I receive my money?
Sales deposit directly to your bank account on a weekly cycle. Nayax processes every sale and deposits your net revenue, sales minus card fees, into the account you connect during onboarding; deposits land Friday mornings and cover the prior Friday through Thursday week. You track every sale in real time in the VTM dashboard, and VTM never touches your money.
How is it installed?
Fully assembled at 149 lbs, 23.6" x 40.5" x 14". The pre-installed bracket anchors into studs or masonry, or bolt it to the Universal Pedestal Stand (from $450) for a freestanding install. A step-by-step installation guide with video is in our support channel. Anchor hardware is not included: hardware kits are available for purchase, or any hardware store has what you need. Standard 110V outlet; Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or cellular for connectivity.
Is the inventory secure?
A locked 1.8mm powder-coated steel cabinet with the keyless electronic lock, bolted into the wall or stand. There is no cash inside a cashless machine, which removes the main reason vending machines get attacked, and you monitor sales and activity remotely in real time.
What happens if a product jams or does not drop?
Nothing gets charged. Every machine has an electronic infrared drop sensor: if a payment is approved but no product is detected dropping into the pickup door, the transaction is cancelled automatically. If a customer receives a defective product, that refund is handled by you as the operator, right in the Nayax mobile app MOMA.
What is the warranty and return policy?
A 1-year comprehensive warranty covering parts, electronics, software, and the card reader, up to full machine replacement. Returns: 30 days, unused, 10% restocking fee, return freight at your cost.
