Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the payment methods accepted on vapetm.com and the rules governing order modification and cancellation.
Accepted Payment Methods
VapeTM accepts the following payment options on all orders placed through vapetm.com:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Shopify Payments
- ACH transfer or bank wire, typically used for larger orders or operators preferring direct bank settlement
- Financing through approved third-party financing partners. Approval, terms, and rates are determined by the financing provider, not by VapeTM.
- Certified check or bank check, made payable as instructed at checkout. Orders paid by check are not released into fulfillment until the check has cleared and funds have been verified.
All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars. VapeTM does not store full payment card details on its servers; payment information is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors.
Order Confirmation and Processing
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase is submitted. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. VapeTM reserves the right to verify, hold, or decline any order for reasons including, but not limited to, payment verification, fraud screening, inventory availability, and compliance review. Once your order has been verified and prepared for fulfillment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 1 business day of fulfillment.
24-Hour Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order at no cost within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests received within this window will be honored in full and refunded to the original payment method.
After the 24-Hour Window
Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, orders are committed to fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled. After this point, the only path to refund is the standard 30-day return process, which begins on the day your order ships from our Cleveland, OH warehouse and is subject to a 10% restocking fee plus any additional shipping or freight charges VapeTM incurs to facilitate the return. How to Cancel Within the 24-Hour Window
- Email refunds@vapetm.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
- Our team will confirm the cancellation by email and process the refund to your original payment method.
- Card and Shopify Payments refunds typically post within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your issuing bank. ACH, wire, and check refunds are issued by the same method as the original payment and may take longer to clear.
Order Modifications
Modifications to an order, including changes to shipping address, payment method, or product configuration, must also be requested within the 24-hour window by emailing refunds@vapetm.com. After 24 hours, modifications are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation followed by a new order at the operator's discretion.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
VapeTM does not apply special cancellation rules, deposits, or non-refundable holds to pre-orders or backorders. The same 24-hour cancellation window applies to all orders, including those placed against future inventory. Estimated shipping timelines for any product on pre-order or backorder are displayed on the individual product page at the time of purchase.
