How do I contact VTM Vending support?

I just received my machine. Where do I start?

Start with the Getting Started Guide, which covers unboxing and first time setup. If your machine is not showing in the VTM Vending portal yet, follow the Activate My New Machine guide. Activation is a normal part of onboarding for every new machine.

How do I set up credit card payments on my machine?

VTM Vending machines support Nayax and Kiosoft card readers. Nayax operators should complete the Nayax Onboarding and Account Setup guide and review the Nayax Onboarding Timeline. Kiosoft operators can follow the KioSoft Setup guide to install the app and log in.

Is there a VTM Vending mobile app?

Yes. The VTM Vending app for iPhone and Android lets you monitor machine status, view sales, manage aisle stock and products, and update settings from your phone. The Mobile App guides above walk through download, sign in, and every tab.

What happens if a product fails to vend?

VTM machines use delivery sensors to detect failed vends, and the Refunds and Failed Delivery guide explains how refunds are handled on your machine. Nayax and Kiosoft each have their own portal refund process, covered in the payment processing sections above.
