Over the course of her career she has held a series of senior leadership roles, including VP positions overseeing retail sales, enterprise relationships, and strategic partnerships for major national companies, consistently driving revenue growth across large client portfolios.

Throughout her career she has specialized in building and retaining high value partnerships, recovering at risk accounts, and negotiating long term agreements that strengthen both revenue and client relationships. At VTM Vending, Tashi leads the sales team and revenue strategy, develops new lines of revenue, and partners closely with cross functional teams to ensure every customer has a smooth and successful journey with the company.

Ethan directs Onboarding and Logistics at VTM Vending, guiding new operators from purchase to a fully stocked, earning machine. He oversees shipping, installation support, and the onboarding process, making sure every machine reaches its location ready to go live.

Ethan's coordination across logistics and customer onboarding keeps VTM Vending's rollout process fast and dependable as the operator network expands.

Josh Harris is the Warehouse Manager for VTM Vending, where he oversees warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. With more than 15 years of experience in warehouse and operations management, he is passionate about building efficient processes, leading strong teams, and supporting VTM's continued growth.
