Nicotine Pouch Vending Machine with 1” Lifters

Standard spiral-vend machines simply aren't built for nicotine pouch tins. Because these tins lack the height of traditional vapes, they often fall through the bottom of the coil, leading to “free-drops” and frustrating jams. The Up-Side changes the game. Our "lifter” attachment paired with 35mm coils solves it.

Lucy wrap and ID Scanner are not included and are separate add-ons.

FAQ

What's the difference between the Slim Wall and the Tin Lifter (nicotine pouch) machine?

The machine is identical, only the configuration is different. Take a standard Slim Wall, switch it to 35mm coils, and add the Tin Lifters, and it becomes exactly the same as this Tin Lifter machine. The only difference is that the Tin Lifter version ships pre-configured for nicotine pouch tins, while the Slim Wall ships in its standard vape configuration.

Slim Wall Tin Lifter FAQs

What is the Slim Wall Tin Lifter?

It is the best-selling Slim Wall pre-configured for nicotine pouches: 35mm coils and Tin Lifter inserts come installed, so tins like ZYN, ALP, Lucy, and On! vend jam-free right out of the box. Ten SKUs, roughly 100 tins loaded, same 32" touchscreen, Nayax reader, and remote software as the standard Slim Wall.

What does a Tin Lifter actually do?

A Tin Lifter is a drop-in insert ($17 each when bought separately) that tilts each pouch tin upright inside the coil so it cannot fall flat and jam. You need one per aisle dedicated to tins. On this machine they come pre-installed on all ten aisles.

How much money can it make?

Pouch economics mirror vapes: $12 to $14 net profit per unit, $1,000 or more per month at well-placed venues, 200 to 300% markup, and 4 to 7 month payback. Pouches are compact, shelf-stable, and repeat-purchase heavy, which is why we built a dedicated machine for them.

Can I still sell vapes in it later?

Yes. It is the same Slim Wall chassis, so you can swap any aisle to vape coils later if your product mix shifts. Run tins with lifters on some aisles and disposables on others; each aisle has its own coil, price, image, and age rule.

Where do I buy wholesale product to stock it?

We can connect you to a wholesale supplier. Call 888-373-8158 and the team will route you to vetted suppliers for vapes, nicotine pouches like ZYN, or anything else you plan to stock. You are never required to buy through anyone specific; if you have a better local source, use it.

What are the ongoing monthly fees?

Nayax card reader: $9.99 per month for cellular connectivity plus 3.5% + $0.20 per transaction. VTM Software: $29 per month starting month 13; first 12 months free. Note: machines ordered September 1, 2026 or later include the first 3 months free, then $29 per month starting month 4; order by August 31 to lock in 12 free months. No revenue share. Optional cellular modem: about $20 per month.

How does age verification work?

The optional ID Scanner ($325) reads a government-issued ID in about two seconds and blocks the vend without a valid 21+ ID. Rules are set per product. Limits are adjustable per machine, per aisle, and even by day and time.

What does the venue need?

A standard 110V outlet and internet (built-in Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or the $220 cellular modem). Wall-mount with the pre-installed bracket into studs or masonry, or use the Universal Pedestal Stand (from $450) where drilling is not an option.

What payments does it accept?

Everything a traditional POS would accept: magstripe, tap to pay, EMV chip insert, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards, through the built-in Nayax VPOS Touch reader.

How do I receive my money?

Sales deposit directly to your bank account on a weekly cycle. Nayax processes every sale and deposits your net revenue, sales minus card fees, into the account you connect during onboarding; deposits land Friday mornings and cover the prior Friday through Thursday week. You track every sale in real time in the VTM dashboard, and VTM never touches your money.

What happens if a product jams or does not drop?

Nothing gets charged. Every machine has an electronic infrared drop sensor: if a payment is approved but no product is detected dropping into the pickup door, the transaction is cancelled automatically. If a customer receives a defective product, that refund is handled by you as the operator, right in the Nayax mobile app MOMA.

What is the warranty and return policy?

A 1-year comprehensive warranty covering parts, electronics, software, and the card reader, with remote diagnosis and free parts under warranty. Returns: 30 days, unused, 10% restocking fee, return freight at your cost.
